Since the age of eight, Joey Zamora has had a love for baking and cake decorating that was inspired from his family who have been bakers for over more than 60 years. Now, almost thirty years later, Joey is a Pastry Chef, Cake Designer and founder of Cake Worth.
Joey had a degree on Culinary Arts and International Baking and Pastry. He has worked for High End Resorts and was the Executive Pastry Chef for a Palm Beach Club. The knowledge that wehe possess extends for 4 generations.
His diverse craftsmanship lets his create anything small and simple to an extremely intricate design.
